You will ensure that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring staff and organizing workflow.
In a fast-paced environment such as production, the supervisor is an integral part of the manufacturing process.
They must be competent and understand complex processes.
You should also be able to improve day-to-day activities while reducing costs.
The goal is to ensure that production processes deliver high quality products in a profitable manner.
Responsibilities
- **Spices**

Requirements and skills
- +3 years experience as a Production Supervisor in Frozen food or meat
- Experience in using different types of manufacturing machines and tools
- Diploma/Bachelor degree in engineering, veterinary or agricultural
