Senior Procurement Analyst

Role overview

Procurement and project delivery

• Own the supplier lifecycle for assigned categories, including sourcing, qualification, RFx, evaluation, negotiation, award, change management, supplier reviews, closeout, and claims management.
• Plan and manage construction services and OFCI equipment forecasts, sourcing, production planning, procurement, logistics, quality, and distribution.
• Keep orders on schedule, mitigate late performance and deliveries, and ensure suppliers can meet commissioning schedule and quality requirements.
• Manage supplier pricing impacts from project design changes and support fair and reasonable pricing.
• Support framework agreement renewals, extensions, renegotiations, discontinuations, and equipment orders.

Stakeholder coordination and reporting

• Partner with project controls and finance on procurement status, budget use, construction progress, and cost accountability.
• Use analytics for executive briefings and decision-making, and maintain program dashboard data and category KPIs.
• Coordinate supplier selection, allocation, vendor reviews, and performance improvement with stakeholders.
• Resolve escalated supply chain issues, including change orders, late deliveries, disputes, and invoice accuracy.
• Coordinate with Critical Facilities Engineering and Operations on lead times, obsolescence, and design changes affecting OFCI equipment.

Experience and capabilities

• Experience working on fast-paced, high-value capital projects.
• Familiarity with international contracting standards and cross-border procurement.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
