Senior Process Engineer- AI

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead analyses and future-state redesigns.
• Manage complex initiatives across multiple process segments and identify risks.
• Identify procedural and control deficiencies and opportunities, and recommend solutions.
• Consult with teams, develop alternatives, drive results, and resolve issues.
• Make decisions to meet business objectives and interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues, managers, and internal customers to resolve issues and achieve goals.

Required qualifications

• At least 4 years of Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Experience in Process Engineering, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, or education.

Desired qualifications

• Ability to identify and prioritize AI-enabled transformation opportunities using process excellence and data-driven decision making.
• Working knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and enterprise AI applications.
• Experience applying AI to process analysis, document intelligence, knowledge management, and operational decision support.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, structured output design, retrieval frameworks, RAG concepts, or AI-assisted research.
• Experience designing processes with AI, automation, workflow orchestration, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Ability to evaluate AI feasibility, value, data readiness, scalability, risk, and operational impact and develop business cases and roadmaps.
• Experience with AI governance, controls, evaluation, and risk mitigation, including privacy, explainability, traceability, and compliance.
• Ability to partner with Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Data Management, and Product teams.
• Certifications, advanced training, or hands-on experience in AI, automation, process mining, advanced analytics, or related transformation disciplines.
