Support payments in the Banks segment across Middle East and Africa as a Treasury Management Sales Support Analyst.
Responsibilities
- Gather and summarize client and prospect information for Treasury Management consultants.
- Oversee client onboarding and implementation from a sales support perspective.
- Identify process improvement opportunities.
- Conduct research and analysis, then recommend solutions.
- Present recommendations for complex situations.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external clients.
Required and desired qualifications
- Required: experience in Treasury Management Sales Support, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, or education.
- Desired: Treasury Management or Sales Support experience; payments and liquidity and correspondent banking experience; experience supporting large, complex clients.
- Desired: strong partnership and communication skills, self-starter mentality, and business-to-business sales acumen.
- Desired: proficiency in English; at least one additional local language is preferred.
