Associate, Treasury Management Sales Support

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Gather and summarize client and prospect information for Treasury Management consultants.
• Oversee client onboarding and implementation from a sales support perspective.
• Identify process improvements; conduct research and analysis; recommend solutions.
• Present recommendations on complex situations and partner with internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Support applicable risk, governance, compliance, escalation, and remediation responsibilities.

Required qualification

• Experience in Treasury Management Sales Support, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, or education.

Desired qualifications

• Treasury Management or Sales Support experience; payments and liquidity, correspondent banking, or large complex client experience.
• Strong partnership and communication skills, self-starter mentality, and business-to-business sales acumen.
• Proficient English; an additional local language is preferred.
