Work arrangement and territory

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with National Bank Financial Wealth Advisors as their financing partner.
• Recommend and implement tailored credit and financing solutions for affluent, entrepreneurial, and high-net-worth clients.
• Structure, analyze, and present sophisticated financing requests using credit expertise and business judgment.
• Develop an internal network through meetings, presentations, and business development activities.
• Collaborate with bank specialists on integrated solutions aligned with clients’ financial and wealth objectives.
• Identify opportunities, build long-term relationships, and provide advisory support to grow the business.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree in a related field and 6 years of relevant experience.
• Significant experience in financing, commercial credit, private banking, or serving entrepreneurial and high-net-worth clients.
• Strong knowledge of personal and commercial banking products and services.
• Excellent business development, negotiation, relationship management, influencing, and partner-networking skills.
• Strong initiative, autonomy, agility, client focus, interpersonal skills, leadership, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• French-language ability.
