Role overview

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage high-impact KOL relationships aligned with brand values and business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end KOL event planning and execution, including activations, networking, and partnership meetings.
• Serve as the primary liaison for KOLs and manage timely, professional communications.
• Handle KOL crisis communications and sensitive situations with composure and sound judgment.
• Report on KOL performance, campaign impact, and public sentiment trends.
• Partner with Marketing, Growth, and Compliance on KOL strategy.
• Represent the company at industry events, media engagements, and KOL-facing activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 5+ years in KOL/influencer relations, PR, or partnerships; tech, fintech, or consumer-brand experience preferred.
• Independently manage KOL portfolios from sourcing through activation with minimal onboarding.
• Fluent English required; additional languages advantageous.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, crisis judgment, and composure in sensitive situations.
• Comfortable representing the brand at external events and on camera; proactive, detail-oriented, and autonomous.
• Crypto/blockchain knowledge or interest is a plus, not mandatory.
