Works in an agile/scrum Product Engineering team on major engineering initiatives.
Leads initiatives with limited guidance, works with peers, and communicates at team level.
Responsibilities
- Complete technically challenging tasks while applying and learning technical skills.
- Conduct and facilitate code reviews and help ensure coding standards are met.
- Write technical documentation for application development.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of applications and code, including code written by others.
- Conduct proofs of concept and provide pros and cons to inform team decisions.
- Identify, own, and implement work-process improvements.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, information systems, or engineering; MCA or equivalent experience accepted.
- Five to eight or more years of relevant experience.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
- At least three years of C#, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery experience.
- Experience with advanced model-driven Power Apps customization and plugins, workflows, or actions.
- Experience with Dynamics 365/Dataverse modules and Power Apps solution and security management.
- Experience with SSRS and/or Power BI reporting concepts.
- Experience with data migration using listed Microsoft or custom tools.
- Experience with Power Automate, Power Pages or related portals, Azure services, Agile, work-item management, and Git.
- React, Angular, Vue, CI/CD automation, unit testing, and technology certifications are listed as pluses.
- Excellent oral and written communication and debugging skills.
