Oversee children's play activities, safety, customer service, and daily operations at an indoor adventure and entertainment facility.
The candidate should have experience in indoor playgrounds, trampoline parks, adventure parks, or family entertainment centers in the UAE or Gulf region.
Child safety and supervision
- Supervise children across play areas and attractions.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and operational guidelines.
- Monitor play equipment and report potential hazards.
- Respond professionally to incidents, injuries, and emergencies.
- Enforce age, height, and attraction safety restrictions.
Team leadership
- Supervise and guide junior play attendants during daily operations.
- Allocate attendants to different play zones.
- Conduct daily safety briefings and ensure staff readiness.
- Train new attendants on safety procedures and customer service.
- Report staff performance and operational concerns to management.
Customer experience
- Welcome children and parents professionally.
- Explain attraction rules and assist children with activities.
- Handle parent inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
- Help ensure a positive and engaging guest experience.
Daily operations
- Conduct opening and closing safety inspections.
- Keep attractions clean, organized, and operational.
- Support birthday parties, school visits, and group activities.
- Coordinate with reception and management during busy periods.
- Maintain incident reports and daily operational checklists.
Candidate requirements
- At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in children's entertainment or indoor adventure parks.
- Previous senior attendant or team leader experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of child safety and play-area operations.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle challenging situations and demanding parents.
- Physical fitness and comfort working in an active environment.
- First Aid / CPR certification is an advantage.
- Rope course or climbing attraction experience is highly desirable.

Compensation and employment
- Salary is AED 2,500–5,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
