Key accountabilities
- Lead the intelligence, analysis, modelling and performance function, providing timely and actionable insight.
- Develop evidence-based approaches to identify and prioritise risk, threat, harm and demand.
- Provide senior analytical advice and assurance for planning, governance and resource deployment.
- Oversee analysis, modelling, evaluation and research to assess effectiveness and demonstrate benefits.
- Build partnerships across TfL and with policing, enforcement and external organisations.
- Lead and develop analytical professionals, aligning capability and priorities with organisational objectives.
Essential skills
- Strong leadership and people-management skills, including setting direction, managing performance and developing specialist teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability, including interpreting complex intelligence, risk and performance information.
Workplace
- Hybrid working at Palestra, Southwark, London, with 50% of time split between office and home over a four-week period.
Compensation and contract
- Salary is circa £81,500, depending on skills, knowledge and experience.
- Permanent contract; full-time working pattern.
