Manage and oversee the end-to-end payroll process for the holding company and its subsidiaries.
The role requires knowledge of payroll procedures, labor laws, and hands-on experience with SAP payroll systems.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle payroll processing for multiple entities within the holding company.
- Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain and update payroll records, employee data, and system entries in SAP.
- Prepare monthly payroll reports, reconciliations, and financial summaries.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to resolve payroll-related issues.
- Handle end-of-service calculations, leave balances, and statutory benefits.
- Participate in payroll audits and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of payroll experience; large or multi-entity organization experience is preferred.
- Mandatory SAP payroll experience with SAP SuccessFactors or SAP ERP.
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations and employment law.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, organizational skills, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; fluent English is preferred.
Compensation
- The stated salary is QAR 7,000–8,000 per month.
