The manager is responsible for safe, efficient, customer-focused operations that support business, event, and visitor requirements.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, parking systems, staff, and contractor performance.
- Manage maintenance activities and operational readiness.
- Protect revenue and maintain safety compliance and customer service standards.
- Ensure facilities operate effectively and provide a safe, positive customer experience.
Experience and qualifications
- The qualifications section specifies 7–10 years of operational experience in parking, transport, facilities, venue management, or related operations.
- At least 3–5 years in a supervisory or management role is specified, along with experience managing large-scale parking operations and high-volume customer environments.
- Experience with Parking Management Systems, payment systems, access control, operational technologies, contractors, and service providers is specified.
