  • ****Job Responsibilities****
  • Litigation Support & Case Management (Civil & Criminal)
  • Receive and verify transferred case files (digital and physical) from LM/LO teams across Retail and Corporate Divisions.
  • Maintain accurate safekeeping of originals under proper classifications and ensure complete digital archiving for all handed-over cases.
  • Prepare physical litigation files (Physical Archiving) and update the RCS legal system; scan and archive documents in E‑Store and RCS.
  • Update litigation databases daily with hearing outcomes, next hearing dates, actions required, and any documents received or submitted.
  • Prepare report related to weekly hearing rolls and weekly defense memo to be submitted / cases for judgment.
  • Flag new cases and unflag cancelled cases to maintain Credit Bureau compliance.
  • Managing the Legal Report Data and maintaining an Accurate data.

Reporting, Dashboard Management & Data Governance

  • Prepare monthly legal reports for the Head of Admin for Civil cases, including:
  • New files received from business units
  • New civil/criminal cases filed by CB
  • New enforcement actions
  • Cases filed against CB
  • New appeals (Court of Appeal & Cassation)
  • Cancelled/closed cases
  • Prepare monthly legal reports for the Head of Admin for Criminal report (New complaint/ judgment issued /New Appeal /New cassation/Enforcement)
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive monitoring reports for all ongoing and upcoming legal matters, ensuring timely escalation to the Chief Legal Officer. This includes tracking and reporting deadlines related to:
  • New cases to be filed
  • Defence memoranda to be submitted
  • Expert report feedback and submission timelines
  • Judgments requiring appeal
  • Judgments requiring enforcement
  • Judgments to be appealed before the Court of Cassation
  • Manage and prepare the Management Reports and share it with Head of Admin and Paralegal Manager on Monthly basis.
  • Reconcile monthly reports with the Legal Dashboard (Civil/Criminal) ensuring zero data gaps.
  • Maintain a structured archive record with complete details (customer name, ID, case number, stages, base number).
  • Assist in building and maintaining litigation & Documentation performance KPIs and dashboards as guided by the Head of Admin.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of all reports, highlighting critical deadlines, risks, and required actions for executive visibility and decision‑making.
  • Legal Operations Support to Head of Admin
  • Assist in the development, updating, and organization of SOPs, DOA, SLAs, and internal governance documents.
  • Support the Head of Admin in preparing executive-level presentations for the Chief Legal Officer, Board of Directors, and Executive Committees.
  • Assist the Head of Admin to Prepare overview litigation performance report for overall (cases against bank, Retail and corporate cases)
  • Assist in gathering and organizing quarterly data for:
  • External Audit
  • Operational Risk submissions
  • QCB reports
  • Credit Risk updates on key legal exposures
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of legal technology solutions, including:
  • Dealing with External Vendor
  • Preparing Business requirement document
  • Conduction of UAT project
  • Enhancing Litigation tracking tools
  • Enhancing Digital archiving
  • Participate in department-wide initiatives including Business Continuity Planning (BCP), crisis management readiness, and internal audit follow-ups.
  • Play as Key person with IT project

Administrative & Financial Governance Support

  • Prepare memos for Loan Operations for Legal Expenses paid by External Law firm or any third party.
  • Act as first-level checker in reconciliation of legal suspense accounts and legal credit card expenses.
  • Support the Head of Admin in reviewing legal memos and related financial documentation for accuracy and policy compliance.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as stationery, office supplies, meeting coordination, and maintaining the CLO’s agenda.
  • Assist Legal team for any administrative request
  • Performed other related duties or assignments as required by head of Admin

Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Assist the Paralegal Manager and Head of Admin in managing and supervising the paralegal team to achieve department goals.
  • Ensure all paralegal reports (weekly and monthly) are submitted on time and meet quality standards.
  • Support project management activities assigned to the Legal team and ensured timely delivery of milestones.

Compliance, Policies & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure strict adherence with Legal DOA, SOPs, and all internal bank policies.
  • Maintain audit‑ready documentation for all litigation and administrative activities.
  • Ensure confidential handling of all legal material, following data protection and governance standards.

Process Improvement

  • Suggesting automation or workflow upgrades to reduce manual workload in legal operations.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in the legal field
