About the role

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate civil and architectural works from design through construction and completion.
• Review drawings, specifications, shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
• Monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with approved designs and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and identify and resolve technical and construction issues.
• Coordinate RFIs, inspections, technical submissions, and approvals.
• Coordinate civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and other disciplines.
• Support project programme, quality, and handover activities.
• Monitor contractor performance and compliance with project requirements.
• Participate in technical and progress meetings and report issues and actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in construction, development, or project management.
• Proven high-rise and complex residential or commercial development experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction, technical coordination, quality requirements, drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
• Experience working with developers, consultants, and contractors.
• UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Luxury or high-end development experience is highly desirable.
