The role is Senior OT Cyber Security Engineer in an oil and gas environment.
Education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in automation and control systems, industrial control systems, cybersecurity, or computer science engineering.
- Six years of engineering experience in an oil and gas environment.
Technical knowledge and skills
- Good understanding of OT environments, including DCS, SIS, metering, machinery monitoring and control, and instrument asset management systems.
- Good understanding of OT infrastructure communications and protocols.
- Deep knowledge of OT cybersecurity infrastructure and solutions, including endpoint protection, industrial networks and boundary protection, OT IDS, SIEM, authentication, and access control.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards affecting OT cybersecurity, such as IEC, ISA, NIST, and ISO.
- Computer literacy and knowledge of relevant software tools and specifications.
Language and problem-solving
- Fluent English, with demonstrated verbal and written skills.
- Ability to solve issues associated with OT cybersecurity design and sustainment.
