Job Description
The purpose of this role is to ensure efficient and controlled functioning of all documentation and filling requirements for the EC&FZ Programme Delivery Team.
Core Responsibilities
- Responsible for all EC&FZ Programme documentation, collating and distributing correspondence in coordination with Document Controller.
- Arrange travel activity, calendar management, and interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, as well as consultants, suppliers and partners, to ensure proper delivery of project.
- Prepare EC&FZ project minutes of meetings, as directed by line manager or Programme Delivery management staff.
- Handle project document trackers and ensure timely submission of documents (letters, change notices, deliverables, contracts), request actions from responsible staff to avoid delays if necessary.
- Process material entry and exit permits and gate passes for approval.

Educational And Technical Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
- Certification for MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word, Outlook, Visio, etc.) is highly required
Language Skills
- Excellent English.
- Arabic is an added advantage
- Years of Experience:
- A minimum of 0-1 years of experience in a similar role
- Nature of Experience:
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Experience with presenting information to groups and managing projects.
- Excellent computer skills including MS Office
