Senior Officer - Capacity Management

Role objective

Capacity and revenue operations

• Lead staff processing capacity requests across the flydubai Cargo network while protecting cargo revenue objectives.
• Optimize capacity use and service quality; coordinate ad hoc capacity and bookings when operations change.
• Monitor allotments and approvals, inbound and outbound forecasts, and overbooking limits.
• Coordinate with Cargo Pricing to optimize revenue and yield on managed flights.
• Ensure regular sales prognosis reports communicate available capacity to the network.
• Support oversized-package space allocation decisions and make critical decisions when the Senior Manager of Revenue Optimization is absent.

Network, customers, and planning

• Plan and schedule Road Feeder Services, identify trucking gateways, and work with Procurement to select providers and finalize agreements.
• Maintain customer capacity commitments and respond to queries from internal teams, interline partners, outstations, and other stakeholders.
• Assist with weekly capacity performance data, annual budget planning, cost-effective budget analysis, and service performance reviews.
• Provide feedback to improve revenue management systems and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; the description specifies 3+ years alongside the qualification.
• 5–7 years of experience with qualifications.
• Knowledge of Safety Management Systems.
• Fluent English.
• Customer focus, teamwork, effective communication, accountability, resilience, and flexibility.
