For 10 years we have been successfully implementing our architectural projects on the world stage.
Due to fast growth and launching new projects, we are looking for **Senior** **MEP Quantity Surveyor - Estimator** to join our team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed **MEP cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions** for high-rise projects
- Perform accurate quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications
- Review tender documents, scope of work, and construction methodologies
- Manage tendering process including subcontractor inquiries, bid analysis, and evaluation
- Conduct **value engineering** and cost optimization for high-rise MEP systems
- Develop project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts
- Monitor and control project costs throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage variations, claims, and change orders
- Prepare interim valuations, progress payments, and final accounts
- Review and certify subcontractor payments and invoices
- Administer contracts in line with **FIDIC or equivalent standards**
- Prepare and manage claims, EOTs, and dispute resolutions
- Maintain accurate records of all commercial and contractual activities
- Prepare **monthly cost reports, financial statements, and forecasts**
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and engineering teams
- Support procurement and supplier coordination
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Engineering or related field
- Minimum **6 years of experience** in MEP QS & Estimation
- **Mandatory experience in high-rise building construction projects**
- Professional certification (e.g., MRICS) is an advantage
