Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor - Estimator

Due to fast growth and launching new projects, we are looking for Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor - Estimator to join our team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed MEP cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions for high-rise projects
- Perform accurate quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications
- Review tender documents, scope of work, and construction methodologies
- Manage tendering process including subcontractor inquiries, bid analysis, and evaluation
- Conduct value engineering and cost optimization for high-rise MEP systems
- Develop project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts
- Monitor and control project costs throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage variations, claims, and change orders
- Prepare interim valuations, progress payments, and final accounts
- Review and certify subcontractor payments and invoices
- Administer contracts in line with FIDIC or equivalent standards
- Prepare and manage claims, EOTs, and dispute resolutions
- Maintain accurate records of all commercial and contractual activities
- Prepare monthly cost reports, financial statements, and forecasts
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and engineering teams
- Support procurement and supplier coordination
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Engineering or related field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in MEP QS & Estimation
- Mandatory experience in high-rise building construction projects
- Professional certification (e.g., MRICS) is an advantage
