Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai for a Senior Medical Instructor.
The Senior Medical Instructor will deliver high-quality medical training courses, create and adapt course materials, mentor junior instructors, and assess participants' performance.
The role will also involve ensuring compliance with relevant safety and medical guidelines, staying updated with emerging medical practices, and working collaboratively to uphold the standards of our training programs.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge and expertise in medical training and first aid techniques
- Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
- Proficiency in creating and adapting educational materials to meet learners' needs
- Experience in mentoring or supervising junior instructors
- Commitment to compliance with medical and safety guidelines and best practices
- Organizational and time-management skills to coordinate and execute training schedules effectively
- Relevant certifications and licenses in first aid or medical instruction
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field is a plus
- Previous experience in a training role or as a practicing healthcare professional is highly advantageous
