Reliance Insurance Brokers LLC is looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as a Manager – Employee Benefits / Senior Medical Underwriter.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in group medical insurance and underwriting.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle group medical insurance policies (placement, renewals)
- Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations and approvals
- Provide advisory on benefits structure
- Oversee claims support and resolve escalations
- Ensure compliance with UAE insurance regulations
Required Skills
- minimum 3-4 years of experience in employee benefits / medical underwriting
- Strong knowledge of medical insurance
- Negotiation skills
- Understanding of policy terms, pricing, and market trends
- Leadership and team management
