• This is the senior marketing seat at ZEVA.
• You'll lead marketing strategy and delivery for our clients, and help scale ZEVA's own brand alongside it.
• You'll work directly with the founders, set the standard for the work, and have real ownership over how we grow.

• What you'll own
• Marketing strategy for client accounts: positioning, campaigns, channel mix, and the results that follow
• The content engine: turning brand strategy into editorial-grade social, campaigns, and copy that actually convert
• Growth and lead generation: building funnels that capture, nurture, and close
• Performance: setting the metrics, reading them honestly, and iterating fast
• Helping grow ZEVA's own brand and pipeline as we scale
• Mentoring junior talent as the team grows
• What you bring
• 5+ years in marketing, with real ownership of strategy and outcomes (agency, studio, or in-house growth role)
• A portfolio of work that moved real numbers: reach, leads, revenue, not just "engagement"
• Sharp instincts for brand and content; you know the difference between busy and effective
• Fluency across paid and organic social, content, email, and basic funnel/CRM thinking
• Strong writing, you can turn a strategy into words people act on
• GCC market experience (Dubai especially) is a major plus
• Comfortable in a small, fast team where you build the system, not just run it
• Bonus points
• Experience in real estate, hospitality, or luxury/premium brands
• Hands-on with tools like Meta/Google Ads, HubSpot/Zoho, Canva/Figma, and AI workflows
• A personal brand of your own, you practice what you'd sell
