We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Lead to drive high-impact marketing initiatives that support our business objectives and long-term growth.
This role is responsible for leading the development and execution of the company's marketing strategy, overseeing major marketing programs, and ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is a visionary leader who combines strategic thinking, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making to deliver measurable business outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Lead high-impact marketing initiatives across multiple teams and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand growth, market expansion, customer engagement, and revenue generation.
- Manage a portfolio of strategic marketing projects, balancing priorities, resources, timelines, and business impact.
- Drive innovation within the marketing function by identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and strategic enhancement.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives support broader business objectives.
- Establish and maintain high standards for marketing quality, performance, and operational excellence.
- Lead the implementation of technology-driven marketing solutions, including marketing automation, analytics, and multi-channel campaign management.
- Provide strategic and technical guidance on marketing tools, platforms, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, feedback, innovation, and accountability within the marketing teams.
- Communicate marketing strategies, objectives, and performance updates clearly across all levels of the organization.
- Uphold ethical marketing practices and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Lead teams effectively through periods of growth, transformation, innovation, and change.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 4 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies that deliver measurable business results.
- Strong experience managing cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across various levels of an organization.
- Deep understanding of integrated marketing, brand strategy, performance marketing, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience leveraging data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in fast-paced, evolving environments. Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to make informed, high-impact decisions while balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic goals.
- Nice to Have
- Experience implementing and optimizing marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Background in scaling marketing functions within high-growth organizations.
- Experience managing large-scale, multi-channel marketing campaigns across international markets.
- Familiarity with emerging marketing technologies, AI-driven marketing tools, and advanced analytics platforms.
- Experience leading organizational change or transformation initiatives.
- Relevant professional certifications in marketing, digital marketing, analytics, or project management.
