We’re Hiring: Full Stack Developer - PHP Laravel + Flutter

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (On-site)

Your mission:

To architect, build, and scale robust, secure, and high-performance mobile and backend applications that power our fintech platform. You’ll take end-to-end ownership of our digital products – from database layer to mobile deployment – and play a key role in shaping the technical direction of the engineering team.

You will own the full development lifecycle of our core applications, driving innovation in both backend systems and mobile experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with product, design, and business teams to deliver features that are technically excellent and built to scale.

- Reports to – Head of Technology

- Start date – May 2026

- Interviews – 2–3 rounds over 1 week, with key technical and business stakeholders

Day to Day you will be…

• Developing and maintaining scalable, secure backend systems using PHP (Laravel), ensuring performance and reliability across all services.

• Building and iterating on high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, delivering seamless user experiences on both iOS and Android.

• Designing and managing MySQL databases, including schema design, indexing strategies, query optimisation, and performance tuning.

• Developing, integrating, and maintaining RESTful APIs that power both internal systems and third-party integrations.

• Collaborating with product, design, and business teams to translate requirements into well-engineered, production-ready features.

• Owning application security and reliability, implementing authentication best practices, and ensuring compliance with security standards.

• Managing end-to-end deployments across the App Store and Google Play, including release management and update cycles.

• Contributing to architecture decisions, technical planning sessions, and system improvement initiatives across the engineering team.

This might be you if:

• You have 3+ years of hands-on experience with PHP Laravel, building and maintaining production-grade backend systems.

• You have 2+ years of experience in Flutter mobile development, with live apps deployed to the App Store and/or Google Play.

• You have strong experience in MySQL database design and optimisation, with a solid grasp of performance tuning and data integrity.

• You have a proven track record of delivering full stack, end-to-end applications independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• You have a strong understanding of RESTful API integrations, authentication and security best practices, and scalable system architecture.

• Experience in fintech, lending, or SaaS platforms is a significant advantage, as is familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
