We’re Hiring: Full Stack Developer - ASP.NET

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (On-site)

Your mission:

To design, build, and scale secure, high-performance digital products that sit at the core of our fintech platform. You’ll own the full development lifecycle – from backend architecture to mobile app deployment – and play a meaningful role in shaping the engineering standards and technical roadmap of the organization.

You will take full ownership of backend systems and mobile applications, driving quality and scalability at every layer of the stack. Working closely with product, design, and business teams, you’ll deliver end-to-end features that are robust, secure, and built for growth.

• Reports to: Tech – Team Lead
• Start date: May 2026
• Interviews: 2–3 rounds over 1 week, with key technical and business stakeholders

Day to Day you will be…

• Designing and developing scalable backend systems using ASP.NET (.NET Core / Web API), ensuring performance, security, and maintainability across all services.
• Building and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter (or equivalent), delivering high-quality experiences on iOS and Android.
• Developing and integrating RESTful APIs that connect internal systems, mobile applications, and third-party services.
• Designing and optimizing database architecture across MySQL and SQL Server, with a focus on performance, reliability, and data integrity.
• Collaborating with product, design, and business teams to translate requirements into well-engineered, production-ready solutions.
• Ensuring application security and reliability by implementing robust authentication mechanisms and following industry security best practices.
• Managing deployments and updates across cloud environments and app stores, maintaining high availability and smooth release cycles.
• Contributing to architecture decisions, technical planning, and system scalability initiatives as a senior voice within the engineering team.

This might be you if:

• You have 3+ years of hands-on experience in ASP.NET / .NET Core development, building and maintaining production-grade backend systems.
• You have 2+ years of experience in mobile app development (Flutter preferred), with live applications deployed to the App Store and/or Google Play.
• You have strong experience in database design and optimization across MySQL and/or SQL Server environments.
• You have a proven track record of delivering full stack applications end-to-end, taking ownership from architecture through to production deployment.
• You have a solid understanding of RESTful API integrations, authentication and security best practices, and scalable system design.
• Experience in fintech, lending, or SaaS platforms is a strong advantage, as is familiarity with Azure or cloud-native architecture, CI/CD pipelines, or microservices.
