Role Specific Requirements

• The Senior Manager – Digital Asset Compliance is a key member of Design Excellence vertical of the Central Development Unit (CDU) . CDU acts as a center of excellence, setting standards and driving consistency across complex development projects by providing tools and processes for best practice delivery.
• Design Excellence ensures projects embody “Qiddiya-ness” by creating standardized measures of design quality across the program.
• Our Virtual City team is the custodian of the Qiddiya City Unreal Engine, providing real-time visualization, simulation, and collaboration by linking our GIS, BIM and IMS data to strategically guide Development decision-making.
• The role of Senior Manager is dedicated to the technical oversight and quality control of our virtual City’s digital assets built in Unreal Engine. A role that requires deep technical expertise and attention to detail.

Core responsibilities

• 4. Ensures that all digital models – integrating BIM, GIS and engineering data – comply with technical standards and file structures.
• 5. Maintains technical excellence and streamlines workflows for digital asset management across the Qiddiya program.
• 6. Oversees and maintains the quality and structure of digital models and assets in unreal Engine.
• 7. Develops, implements, and enforces technical standards for digital modeling, ensuring compliance across all digital assets.
• 8. Monitors and evaluates the quality of models updates from external consultants and designers.
• 9. Establishes and maintains robust file structure, workflows, and documentation to support technical compliance.
• 10. Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues related to digital assets integration and modeling.
• 11. Continuously assesses and improves technical workflow to enhance the integrity of the digital models.
• 12. Implements and executes best practices for assets compliance and digital data management.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Game development, Digital Media, or related field, master’s degree would be an advantage.
