Senior Manager - Technical Product Management

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Own the digital domain roadmap and priorities; translate business and customer needs into product capabilities, requirements, and outcomes.
• Align product priorities with architecture, technical feasibility, platform health, and engineering capacity; manage the product backlog.
• Define requirements, user journeys, acceptance criteria, success measures, and non-functional expectations; design for reuse across Qiddiya assets and channels.
• Lead stakeholder workshops, customer research, journey analysis, process mapping, and solution validation.
• Coordinate across design, engineering, architecture, data, operations, cybersecurity, commercial teams, internal platforms, and external partners.
• Oversee vendor delivery teams and retain product decisions, requirements, documentation, and platform knowledge within Qiddiya.
• Define KPIs; use data and customer and operational insight to prioritize; monitor adoption, conversion, customer experience, performance, and outcomes after release.
• Support incident management, assess customer and business impact, coordinate communications, and prioritize remediation.
• Balance new capabilities with technical debt, resilience, compliance, operational improvement, and platform sustainability; communicate roadmap progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product-management experience in complex digital, technology, or customer-facing environments.
• Experience owning digital products from discovery through delivery, launch, operation, and continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, digital platforms, data flows, cloud services, and modern software-delivery practices.
• Product experience in areas such as commerce, checkout, loyalty, customer accounts, mobile experiences, ticketing, payments, or digital platforms.
• Experience defining strategy, roadmaps, requirements, user journeys, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience working with engineering teams, making product and technical trade-offs, and overseeing vendors or outsourced delivery teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, negotiation, and decision-making skills; able to manage complex stakeholders and influence without direct authority.
