to drive recruitment strategy and scale their hiring worldwide.
The successful candidate will own the complete talent acquisition function, leverage an internal AI recruiter strategically, build employer brand, and lead a high-performing team.
This is a strategic business leadership role where the candidate will directly impact organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives
- Own end-to-end recruitment process from workforce planning to onboarding
- Lead and build a high-performing talent acquisition team
- Leverage AI recruiter strategically to optimize the entire hiring funnel
- Build employer branding that attracts top technical talent
- Partner with business leaders on strategic talent planning and technical assessments
What We'Re Looking For
- Proven AI-first mindset with hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to improve recruitment outcomes
- 10 to 15 years of progressive global talent acquisition and recruitment leadership
- Proven expertise hiring for technical roles: engineers, data scientists, AI specialists
- Experience implementing ATS platforms and creating data-driven hiring funnels
- Track record building and leading high-performing recruitment teams
- Experience designing employer branding initiatives that attract candidates
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
