- We're retained on a search for a Commercial Manager with deep UAE market experience in high-end furniture, joinery, kitchens, or interior fit-out.
- What you'll own:
- Commercial strategy across manufacturing, fit-out, kitchens, wardrobes, and custom furniture divisions
- End-to-end tendering, BOQs, costing, pricing structures, margin analysis
- Contract negotiation and risk management, variations, claims, LD exposure, payment terms Procurement coordination and supplier commercial terms
- Reporting dashboards across sales, backlog, margins, and cash flow
- Cross-functional alignment between sales commitments and operational delivery
- What you'll bring:
- 10–15+ years in commercial management within luxury furniture, design & build, or interior fit-out
- Strong UAE/GCC market experience is essential
- Proven track record on large-scale residential, hospitality, or developer projects
- Deep understanding of manufacturing costing, fit-out contracts, and variation management
- Degree in Commercial Management, Engineering, QS, Finance, or related field
- Proficiency in ERP, CRM, and MS Suite
