Lead major real estate development projects and ensure delivery against approved timelines, budgets, quality standards, and business objectives.
The role is described as Senior Manager – Projects and is based in Dubai, UAE.
Compensation
- Monthly salary: AED 48,000.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery from planning and design coordination through construction, handover, and completion.
- Develop and monitor project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and take corrective action to mitigate delays and cost overruns.
- Oversee budgets, cost control, procurement, and contractual obligations.
- Ensure compliance with designs, technical specifications, quality standards, health and safety requirements, and UAE regulations.
- Prepare progress reports, management updates, and performance dashboards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Significant project delivery experience; experience in real estate development, construction, or large-scale infrastructure is preferred.
- Proven experience managing complex projects from design and planning through execution and handover.
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, cost management, procurement, contract administration, and risk mitigation.
- Relevant project delivery and leadership experience.
