Integrates technical systems, site infrastructure, and production requirements across Events & Entertainment venues and stages.
Coordinates technical requirements, interfaces, design reviews, testing, commissioning, and readiness against the Master Plan, approved standards, operational needs, and event milestones.
Technical planning and integration
- Manages technical planning and packages for audio, lighting, video, broadcast, rigging, show communications, and technical infrastructure.
- Oversees staging drawings, lighting plots, sound plans, rigging schematics, and other technical documentation.
- Coordinates technical designs, interfaces, dependencies, and changes; resolves clashes and integration constraints.
- Monitors planning risks, constraints, and dependencies and recommends mitigations.
Venue integration and readiness
- Integrates technical requirements into venue planning and Master Plan deliverables.
- Reviews venue capacity, infrastructure availability, utility requirements, and constraints; monitors impacts of venue and infrastructure changes.
- Manages testing, commissioning, inspections, acceptance reviews, system validation, and readiness assessments.
- Applies technical standards, quality requirements, and safety-by-design principles and resolves defects and readiness gaps.
Coordination and reporting
- Coordinates internal departments, consultants, contractors, operators, and production teams.
- Tracks deliverables, interfaces, risks, issues, and mitigation actions across assigned assets.
- Prepares technical integration, readiness, risk, and progress reports for management.
- Conducts post-event and post-commissioning reviews and recommends improvements.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Event Management and Organization, Media Production, Entertainment Management, or a related field.
- A master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
