Project and role

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated programmes covering design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.
• Review contractor schedules and challenge sequencing and milestones for realism and achievability.
• Monitor progress, critical paths and risks; help teams develop practical recovery plans.
• Coordinate package interfaces, specialist fit-out and long-lead procurement.
• Provide progress reports and recommendations to the client and project leadership.
• Lead and develop the planning team, championing collaboration, safety and sustainable delivery.

Experience and qualifications

• Construction or engineering degree, or equivalent qualification.
• Significant planning experience on large, complex building or mixed-use developments.
• Advanced Primavera P6 skills and strong knowledge of progress measurement, forecasting and schedule analysis.
• Experience leading planning teams and working closely with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Clear communication skills and a practical approach to problem-solving.

Preferred experience

• Luxury hospitality, high-end residential or mixed-use experience is advantageous.
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the wider Middle East is advantageous.
