A leading UAE government entity is seeking a Senior Manager of Internal Communications who speaks Arabic.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end internal communications across email, intranet, town halls, newsletters, and digital platforms.
- Develop the organization's internal communications strategy.
- Partner with senior leadership and People & Culture stakeholders on employee engagement, culture, change, and organizational communications.
- Develop engaging content and ensure consistent messaging across the employee lifecycle.
- Drive communications governance, reporting, KPIs, and employee engagement insights.
- Collaborate with Marketing & Communications to align brand and messaging.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, or a related field.
- Experience in communications initiatives and change management programs.
- 10+ years of internal or corporate communications experience.
- Experience in government, public sector, technology, consulting, or high-growth organizations is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, storytelling, content development, and change communications experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
