Provide smooth, consistent customer service through the Customer Service Desk and help meet customer expectations.

Customer service and desk operations
- Respond promptly to general customer and stakeholder inquiries, including telephone calls, and maintain records of requests and complaints.
- Resolve complaints under established policies and inform the team leader, supervisor, or manager about feedback and service issues.
- Support colleagues during busy periods and greet tour groups, school visits, and other organized events.
- Provide information about the property, its facilities, Dubai attractions, promotions, events, and activities.
- Manage gift wrapping, stroller rentals, wheelchair loans, lost and found, childcare, and other customer assistance services.
Sales, records, and presentation
- Promote, sell, and upsell mall products and services while following established procedures.
- Reconcile shift cash, maintain accurate records, and deposit funds securely under company policies.
- Maintain inventory records for services and products sold and report discrepancies promptly.
- Help keep mall directories accurate and direct media inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Report equipment malfunctions, supplier shortages, and maintenance or cleanliness concerns.
- Keep brochure racks clean and stocked and maintain an organized, professional Customer Service Desk.
Role requirements
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the property, its facilities, and key attractions within Dubai.
- Handle customer complaints in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Follow accounting procedures when reconciling cash and maintaining inventory records.
