Experience and capability
- Significant experience in Internal Audit, Risk, Governance, Controls, Compliance, or related GRC advisory.
- Experience in an established professional-services, consulting, or competing advisory practice is strongly preferred.
- Meaningful UAE/GCC market and client experience.
- Ability to independently lead complex engagements from planning through delivery and reporting.
- Credibility with senior executives, functional leaders, and governance stakeholders.
- Strong engagement economics, quality, and delivery management capability.
- Ability to lead and develop Managers and multidisciplinary engagement teams.
Growth, communication, and delivery
- Contribute to proposals, business development, account development, and new opportunities.
- Communicate effectively in writing and at executive level.
- Understand how data, analytics, automation, and emerging AI tools can enhance internal audit and GRC delivery.
- Bilingual English/Arabic capability is advantageous.
