Experience and capabilities
- Strong experience in Internal Audit, Risk, Governance, Controls, Compliance, or related GRC advisory.
- Ability to independently plan, manage, and deliver engagements or substantial workstreams.
- Strong client and stakeholder management capability.
- Ability to manage and develop Assistant Managers, Consultants, and junior team members.
- Strong quality control, review, and report-writing capability.
- Experience supporting proposals, pursuits, and account-development activities.
- Ability to translate client requirements into practical engagement plans and deliverables.
- Professional-services/consulting and UAE/GCC engagement experience are strongly preferred.
- Exposure to data analytics, automation, or AI-enabled IA/GRC approaches is desirable; bilingual English/Arabic is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage engagements or substantial workstreams from planning through delivery.
- Maintain effective client relationships and manage stakeholders.
- Lead, manage, and develop Assistant Managers, Consultants, and junior team members.
- Review work, maintain quality control, and produce strong reports.
- Support proposals, pursuits, and account-development activities.
- Translate client requirements into practical engagement plans and deliverables.
