Assistant Manager in the Technology Consulting practice, working on IT risk and controls assessment, IT service management, information security, infrastructure, and network reviews.
Responsibilities
- Prepare risk-based IT consulting project plans and finalize consulting reports with clients.
- Monitor engagements, carry out assignments to plan and budget, and deliver project files.
- Train and guide junior staff.
- Maintain client relationships and manage multiple assignments across industries.
Desired profile
- At least 7 years of IT consulting experience and an understanding of business and IT processes across industries.
- Exposure to structured project management or risk assessment techniques and to ISO 27001, ITIL, COBIT, or ISO 20000 is desired.
- Chartered Accountant or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- CISA, CISSP, PMP, or ITIL Expert certification is compulsory; other potential certifications include ISO 27001 LA, ITIL Foundation, and CCIE Security.
- Strong written and oral communication skills; Arabic-speaking ability is described as an advantage.
- Ability to travel frequently across the Middle East according to client needs.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; able to work under pressure independently and in teams.
Travel
- Frequent travel throughout the month across the Middle East may be required to meet client requests and commitments.
