About This Role

Summary

The Senior Manager - Insights will lead Finance House’s enterprise wide data analytics, artificial intelligence, and business intelligence functions, driving data led decision making, intelligent automation, operational efficiency, customer experience enhancement, and strategic growth initiatives across the organization.

The role is responsible for developing and executing advanced analytics and AI strategies, delivering actionable business insights, and embedding data driven and AI enabled practices across all business units within a regulated financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Data Strategy and Enterprise Analytics

• Develop and implement an enterprise wide analytics and insights strategy aligned with Finance House’s strategic objectives and digital transformation roadmap.
• Identify and prioritize high value analytics initiatives across Consumer Financial Services, Corporate Finical Services, Finance, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Marketing.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced analytics, predictive models, AI enabled insights, and business intelligence solutions.
• Drive enterprise adoption of data driven decision making through actionable insights, intelligent reporting, and predictive analytics.
• Utilize AI-enabled analytical tools and automation technologies to enhance forecasting, trend analysis, customer behaviour insights, and business performance monitoring.
• Support executive management with strategic forecasting, scenario analysis, profitability insights, and operational performance evaluations.

Business Intelligence and Insights Delivery

• Translate complex datasets into meaningful business insights using descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics techniques.
• Develop executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, automated reporting frameworks, and interactive visualization solutions using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, and related technologies.
• Leverage AI powered analytics and intelligent automation capabilities to improve reporting efficiency, data accuracy, and insight generation.
• Establish enterprise performance monitoring frameworks and analytics standards across the organization.
• Provide analytical support for business growth initiatives, customer segmentation, product optimization, fraud monitoring, operational efficiency, and revenue enhancement programs.
• Evaluate emerging analytics and AI enabled technologies that can strengthen business intelligence and enterprise reporting capabilities.

Governance, Compliance, and Data Management

• Ensure analytics activities comply with UAE Central Bank regulations, data privacy laws, cybersecurity standards, and enterprise governance frameworks.
• Promote data quality, integrity, consistency, and standardization across all reporting and analytics environments.
• Support the development and implementation of enterprise data governance policies, reporting controls, and analytics standards.
• Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, and IT teams to ensure effective governance over analytics platforms, data usage, and reporting processes.
• Monitor and mitigate risks associated with data quality, reporting accuracy, automated analytics processes, and AI enabled insight generation.

Stakeholder Management and Collaboration

• Act as a strategic business partner and internal advisor to senior management on analytics opportunities and data-driven business strategies.
• Collaborate closely with IT, Digital Transformation, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Product teams to integrate analytics into core business processes.
• Present analytical findings, trends, AI enabled insights, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and governance committees.
• Support enterprise transformation initiatives through data backed insights and performance measurement frameworks.

Leadership and Capability Development

• Build, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing analytics and business intelligence team.
• Foster a culture of innovation, analytical excellence, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.
• Drive capability development in advanced analytics, data visualization, AI enabled analytics tools, and emerging reporting technologies.
• Establish performance objectives, succession planning, and structured development programs for the analytics team.

Performance and Continuous Improvement

• Define and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness and business impact of analytics initiatives.
• Continuously improve reporting automation, analytical models, data visualization capabilities, and business adoption of analytics solutions.
• Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and optimize enterprise decision making through advanced analytics, intelligent reporting, and automation technologies.

Core Competencies and Skills

• Strong expertise in SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, and advanced analytics platforms.
• Understanding of AI enabled analytics, predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and emerging business intelligence technologies.
• Strong understanding of data governance, reporting frameworks, and visualization techniques.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts and insights in business friendly language to executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Certifications in data platforms, business intelligence tools, or project and program management (e.g., PMP, CDMP, CAP) are a plus.

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science, with at least 2 to 3 years in a managerial or lead role.
• Experience in banking, fintech, or other regulated sectors preferred.
• Proven success in delivering data analytics initiatives that influence strategic and operational outcomes.
