About the Job:

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple developments, from design through execution to final handover
• Oversee project planning, execution strategies, and resource allocation , ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth priorities
• Drive contractor performance, procurement strategies, and mitigation plans to meet timelines and delivery goals
• Manage change requests , clearly communicating impacts on scope, schedule, and budget to stakeholders
• Enforce structured project governance , ensuring projects are delivered within approved budgets and timelines
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks , safeguarding cost, quality, and schedule
• Ensure compliance with local authorities, regulations, and industry standards , including coordination of approvals and submissions
• Monitor and control project financial performance , providing regular reporting and strategic insights while driving continuous improvement through best practices

About You:

• 10–12 years of experience in project delivery, including 4–6 years in a leadership/management role , with exposure to developers, contractors, or consultants
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field, with Project Management certification preferred
• Strong understanding of UAE building codes, Dubai construction laws, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Proven expertise in project planning, execution, budget control, and risk management , including managing scope changes and project lifecycle
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Primavera) and reporting platforms such as Power BI and MS Office suite
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills , with ability to work effectively across technical and cross-functional teams
