The Senior Manager - Development drives major development initiatives from early planning through execution and contributes to project direction, delivery strategy, and outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale development projects.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, risks, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
- Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors through delivery milestones.
- Conduct feasibility studies and market assessments to support development decisions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and project governance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 9 to 12 years managing large-scale real estate or development projects, including mixed-use and large-scale masterplan developments.
- Strong project budgeting, scheduling, and risk-management experience.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and external delivery partners.
- Experience working with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and senior internal decision-makers.
- Hands-on experience with Excel-based financial modeling or reporting platforms such as Power BI.
- Native-level English proficiency.
