Lead planning, development, and delivery of commercial office assets within the Commercial Office Business Unit.
Manage projects from concept through design, procurement, construction, and handover in alignment with strategic objectives, business plans, commercial targets, and development standards.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end commercial office project development and delivery from concept through handover.
- Prepare and manage development briefs, execution plans, budgets, schedules, and business cases.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary consultants and ensure designs meet business, operational, and commercial objectives.
- Drive governance, approvals, and stakeholder alignment.
- Oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial performance against approved objectives.
- Support tender strategies, bid evaluations, and contract awards.
- Manage consultant and contractor performance, obligations, variations, claims, and commercial matters.
- Identify and mitigate risks and ensure compliance with company policies and development processes.
- Coordinate with delivery, commercial, leasing, operations, finance, legal, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure timely delivery, quality assurance, operational readiness, and asset handover.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture, construction management, real estate development, urban planning, quantity surveying, project management, or a related field.
- A relevant master’s degree is preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in real estate development, project management, design management, or construction.
- Experience delivering commercial office, mixed-use, or large-scale real estate developments.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary consultants and contractors.
- Middle East/GCC experience and giga-project exposure are preferred.
