Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Act as the principal interface with Place, Culture, Retail, and Hospitality, translating requirements into commercially supported briefs, operating models, and delivery scopes.
• Coordinate assigned components with project leads and clarify funding, approvals, delivery, and operational responsibilities.
• Prepare and manage development briefs, execution plans, budgets, schedules, and business cases.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultants and ensure design solutions meet business, operational, and commercial objectives.
• Drive governance, approvals, and stakeholder alignment across internal and external parties.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial performance against approved business objectives.
• Support procurement through tender strategies, bid evaluations, and contract awards.
• Manage consultant and contractor performance, contracts, variations, claims, and commercial matters.
• Identify and mitigate risks and ensure compliance with company policies and development processes.
• Coordinate with Delivery, Commercial, Leasing, Operations, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery, quality assurance, operational readiness, and asset handover.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate Development, Urban Planning, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in real estate development, project management, design management, or construction.
• Experience delivering commercial office, mixed-use, or large-scale real estate developments.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary consultants and contractors.
• A related master's degree or MBA is preferred.
• Middle East/GCC experience and exposure to giga-project environments are preferred.
