Senior Manager Business Process Analyst, Commercial Data Platforms

Role overview

Work arrangement

• The role is 2–3 days onsite at Teva's Parsippany, New Jersey office.

Business analysis and solution design

• Partner with commercial leaders, data stakeholders, and technology teams to understand business priorities.
• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation for complex technology initiatives.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, process flows, user stories, use cases, and solution designs.
• Analyze current and future processes for simplification, standardization, automation, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, data engineers, and vendors on solutions aligned with business and enterprise standards.
• Support data solutions across customer, sales, claims, marketing, managed markets, patient services, and field engagement domains.

Data transformation and collaboration

• Support commercial data platforms, analytics, reporting, master data management, and system integration initiatives.
• Identify AI, automation, and digital transformation opportunities; define use cases, success metrics, and implementation strategies.
• Use data and process analysis to improve insights, decisions, and operational performance; promote data quality, governance, and stewardship.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions and partner with Commercial Operations, Marketing, Market Access, Patient Services, Sales, Analytics, and IT.
• Coordinate vendors and implementation partners and communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and recommendations.

Delivery and governance

• Support Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project execution and maintain requirements, process maps, impact assessments, and traceability documents.
• Coordinate UAT, defect resolution, validation activities, and solution readiness reviews.
• Support training, change management, adoption, and business readiness; monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, data governance policies, privacy requirements, and pharmaceutical regulations.
• Maintain compliance documentation and audit-ready traceability for requirements, approvals, and solution decisions.
