Job Summary

Principal Responsibilities

• Use process design methodologies, programming languages, tools, and solution design techniques to develop applications that meet business specifications.
• Validate functional specifications, build technical specifications, and develop application documentation.
• Perform analysis, design, development, and testing of applications to solve business requirements.
• Integrate new or enhanced application components.
• Develop conversion and system implementation plans.
• Support change-readiness initiatives as needed.

Job Level Specifications

• Apply extensive knowledge of principles, theories, concepts, industry best practices, techniques, and standards.
• Develop solutions to complex problems requiring in-depth analysis of situations or data.
• Determine approaches to achieve results and suggest improvements to policies and procedures.
• Work independently using judgment and discretion, with considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches.
• May act as a primary organizational contact and coordinate work across departments or organizations.
• Actions may materially affect organizational goals and resources.

Experience and Education

• Typically requires 5+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience providing comparable knowledge and job skills.

Advantageous Experience

• Java-based CMS application framework experience is an advantage.
