Key Responsibilities

Administer and support

Google Workspace

at an advanced level, including user lifecycle management, security settings, and organizational policies

Manage and optimize

administration, including workspace configuration, integrations, permissions, and user management

Support and troubleshoot

, with an intermediate understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, DNS, DHCP)

Roll out, manage, and maintain an

endpoint management / RMM solution

(e.g., Ninja, Jamf, or similar)

Oversee

  • patch management, OS updates, and software deployments
  • across company devices
  • Lead or support the implementation of a scalable
  • endpoint management strategy
  • for laptops and other endpoints
  • Ensure systems are secure, up to date, and aligned with IT best practices
  • Provide escalation-level support and guidance for complex IT issues
  • Document processes, configurations, and standards to improve operational efficiency
