The Senior IT Manager oversees technology operations, leads IT teams, and aligns technology initiatives with business objectives.

Responsibilities
- Develop IT strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee infrastructure, systems, networks, cloud services, and technical support.
- Lead and mentor IT professionals.
- Manage technology projects, budgets, vendors, and resource allocation.
- Strengthen cybersecurity, access controls, data protection, and disaster recovery.
- Monitor system performance, resolve major issues, and improve reliability.
- Evaluate technology and opportunities for automation and digital transformation.
- Establish IT policies, procedures, and performance indicators.
- Collaborate with leadership and departments on technology solutions.
Qualifications
- Three or more years of IT management experience is preferred, with responsibility for teams or major IT operations.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure, cloud technologies, enterprise systems, and cybersecurity principles.
- Leadership, strategic planning, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience managing IT projects, budgets, vendors, and service delivery.
- A bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred frameworks and certifications
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL is an advantage.
- PMP, ITIL, or CISSP certifications are advantageous.
Work arrangement
