Mobile App Developer role focused on iOS, Android, and cross-platform digital products in Dubai.
The developer will design, develop, test, and maintain reliable, user-friendly mobile applications while collaborating with product, design, backend, and technology teams.
Role Responsibilities
- Design and develop mobile applications for iOS, Android, or cross-platform environments.
- Build clean, scalable, maintainable, and high-performance applications.
- Translate UI/UX designs and product requirements into functional mobile experiences.
- Integrate REST APIs, third-party services, databases, authentication, and payment solutions.
- Implement responsive interfaces and maintain consistent performance across devices.
- Debug, test, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
- Resolve application crashes, bugs, and technical issues.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and product teams.
- Participate in code reviews and follow development standards.
- Manage versioning, releases, updates, and deployment processes.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and automated mobile testing where applicable.
- Monitor post-deployment performance and user feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–6+ years of experience in mobile application development.
- Strong experience with Swift, Kotlin, Java, Flutter, React Native, or similar technologies.
- Good understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and responsive application design.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs, SDKs, databases, and third-party services.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and application deployment workflows.
- Understanding of mobile security, authentication, data storage, and performance optimization.
- Strong debugging, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- App Store or Google Play publishing experience is an advantage.
- UAE or GCC technology experience is an advantage.
- Relevant mobile development or cloud certifications are a plus.
