HR Services Manager

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR service delivery, employee inquiries, and day-to-day HR support.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and documentation.
• Improve HR service procedures, efficiency, and employee satisfaction.
• Supervise HR support teams and set service standards and performance targets.
• Monitor service metrics, identify operational gaps, and take corrective action.
• Ensure HR processes follow company policy, confidentiality requirements, and applicable employment regulations.
• Coordinate with recruitment, payroll, benefits, and other HR functions to resolve employee issues.
• Prepare HR reports and insights for management decisions.
• Support HR system improvements, automation, and service quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of relevant HR experience is preferred, with team or process leadership.
• Strong understanding of HR administration, employee lifecycle processes, and service management.
• Leadership, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Experience with HRIS, employee databases, or service ticketing platforms is an advantage.
• Handle confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism.
• A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
