JASARA PMC seeks a highly experienced Senior IT Business Analyst.
The role leads business process analysis and documentation and supports IT solutions aligned with strategic objectives throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering and analysis sessions with business stakeholders.
- Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and design documents.
- Conduct impact analysis, gap analysis, and feasibility studies.
- Collaborate with IT teams, project managers, and vendors on IT solution delivery.
- Develop and maintain process flows, use cases, and user stories.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units and resolve issues.
- Develop test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing.
- Mentor junior analysts and promote business analysis best practices.
- Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Highly experienced Senior IT Business Analyst.
- The role calls for leadership in stakeholder requirements analysis, functional documentation, and feasibility assessment.
- The analyst should be able to support solution delivery, testing, and mentoring of junior analysts.
