Responsibilities
- Advise local and international investors on Dubai's luxury real estate market.
- Promote and sell premium off-plan and ready properties across the UAE.
- Build long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients and property investors.
- Keep up with new launches, pricing, developer updates, and market trends.
- Generate, manage, and convert qualified leads into successful transactions.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professionalism and integrity.
Candidate requirements
- Experience in Dubai real estate sales, property consultancy, property investment, or high-ticket B2B/B2C sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Passion for luxury real estate and helping clients build property portfolios.
- Results-driven mindset and ambition to earn without limits.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are highly valued.
- Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
Compensation and support
- Offers commission of up to 60% and uncapped earning potential.
- Provides qualified buyer leads, premium listings, marketing and lead-generation support, and professional content and videography.
- Offers international roadshows, access to global investors, developer training, sales coaching, performance incentives, and career development.
