About the role

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed FF&E specifications for hotels and branded residences and prepare comprehensive manuals covering furnishings, equipment, finishes, and materials.
• Translate design concepts into specifications and documentation; coordinate selections with the interior design team to maintain the design vision.
• Review documentation for accuracy and completeness, and develop project-specific specifications that meet brand and stakeholder requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to integrate FF&E into project deliverables and support high-quality documentation for awarded projects.

Qualifications and requirements

• Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Extensive hospitality interior design experience specializing in FF&E, including hotel specifications and comprehensive FF&E manuals.
• Strong understanding of furniture, fixtures, equipment, finishes, and materials used in hospitality environments.
• Experience on hotel and branded-residence projects; strong documentation, coordination, organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• International hotel brand or branded residential experience, large-scale hospitality consultancy exposure, and coordination across multiple design stages are preferred.
